The **Conversation Message** block is a trigger — it starts a workflow. Add it from the **Triggers** group in the Workflow Builder.

| `subdomain`        | string  | Zendesk subdomain                                  |
| `webhookEventId`   | string  | Deduplication ID for the originating webhook event |
